It is truly a mistake in the way I was tracking the mileage. Once it was brought to my attention I changed the way I kept track of mileage and have had no mistakes since. The amount over paid is 237.66 and I have a few months I have not been paid out for mileage because I wanted to leave it sitting until this mistake was corrected. Now they are saying it was intentional fraud and have threatened to terminate my employment. What can I do?
