i have workpermit from asylum and it will expire on aug 2014, My asylum result is pending. i just graduated and applying for opt ead card to maintain my status ( F1) and to be able to study. will i be able to apply workpermit again from asylum after my opt ead card expired ?

You're assuming that the asylum case won't be decided before the OPT EAD expires. Yes, you can file for an asylum-based EAD ... assuming that CIS hasn't decided the case by then. Have you talked to a lawyer? The vast majority of people who do their own asylum claims get denial/referral letters rather than approvals.

You can renew the asylum EAD as long as the asylum application is pending, even if you already have an EAD based on OPT.
