Who pays for car damages of dead tree limb in rental property

I live in rental property and have parked my car in usual residence parking area. A dead tree limb fell on my car and got damages. Who will pay for the damages. I do have comprehensive coverage but higher deductible. Property management says it is out of their control and will not reimburse the cost.

Check your lease. Some leases actually have provisions that govern the maintenance of the trees, bushes, and exterior of the residence.
