Can I re-enter the U.S. with F1 OPT as well as a recent approval notice of H1B without interview for getting stamp from Canada?

I am working at an University in the U.S. with a F1 visa with OPT which is valid between 1st August, 2013 and 31st July, 2014. I and my kids recently got an approval of H1B and H4 visas which are valid between 17th May, 2014 and 1st March, 2017. I am scheduled for attending a conference in Canada with my kids. Is there any way for me and my kids to re-enter the U.S. without having the interview for getting the visa stamp in Canada?

The possibilities are that you come in under your f-1 by not disclosing the h approval which is not a visa by the way and upon inspection if your h is discovered you will be denied entry and sent back home to get the h visa or you submit the h approval notice and since you do not have a prior visa you can not be admitted and must go to home country and unless Canadian consulate accepts you for third country national Processing you and family will be again sent back. Best is to go early and get your h visa stamp or forget Canada.
