I don't have any other things on my record, not even a traffics violation. Since then I out myself through school and work full time. I live in Los Angeles county but the case is in San Bernardino County
I'm a little confused as to how you could have a "felony" warrant on a misdemeanor case? The code you mention is for failing to appear, which is a misdemeanor and carries a maximum of 6 months jail time. But, what did you fail to appear for in 2000? Was that a felony case? You'd be wise to consult with and hire a good local defense lawyer right away, so you don't end up in a jail for a long time. Don't wait. Good luck.

In order to answer your question, there is much more information that is needed. Your statement that you have a felony warrant on a misdemeanor does not mean whole lot without more information, and doesn't really make a lot of sense. In order to answer this question more effectively, we would need to know what the underlying charge is, whether it is charged as misdemeanor or felony, etc. You should definitely consult with a local defense attorney to discuss your case, so that you can get the answers you need.
