Hello sir/madam, I have applied for OPT on April 17th, 2014 and graduation date is august 1st. My OPT is rejected because I have filed before 90 days before my graduation. I received a denial letter for the above reason and I cannot appeal it. What is the best way to go forward: 1. Raise a motion 2. Reapply for OPT. 3. Extend my graduation till december and apply for OPT again Thanks for your help.

You should be able to reapply now since you are in the 90 day window prior to your graduation. But you will need to act quickly. Best of luck.

IF one reapplies on merits within the 90 days period with all requisite documents and the Service accepts it that would make it possible, [provided there were no critical mistakes that would render the case outside of the processing window if rejected.
