I have an interlock in my personal car, and now have a job with a new company that would like me to drive their car. However they will not install an interlock in that company car. Can I drive it legally.

There used to be an exception that allowed people to drive company vehicles as long as there was an interlock installed on their personal vehicle. Unfortunately, that was changed. You cannot drive any vehicle without the interlock device. As such, the restriction is on the person.
