Can i get a stay of deportation extended
I was given a stay of deportation, then released from ICE. Now i am on OSUP, is it possible to extended my administrative Stay of deportation.

usually if you are on supervision you need not an stay, and the director will likely not grant it.

I would recommend consulting with an immigration attorney in your area; however, you should apply to renew your Stay before it expires. Depending on the reasons why it was granted the first time, ICE will want to see if there was any progress on your case.

It is possible but very difficult. Please consult with an attorney, discuss your case and have the attorney guide you.... you do not want to violate the stay's conditions.
