Does my soon to be ex wife have legal right to come into my home now that she has moved out.

I purchased the home during a seperation and her name is not on the deed and I still reside there. She has moved into a new place, but still thinks she can just walk into my home when she pleases. I have changed the locks.

More information is needed to answer this question. When you say you purchased the home during a separation do you mean you were separated from your wife and then reconciled? Was this home purchased with marital funds? Any asset purchased during the course of a marriage with marital funds is considered marital property even if her name is not on the deed. If you have already changed the locks it will be difficult for her to come back since her name is not on the deed. However, be aware that she maybe entitled to part of the equity of the home in the divorce.

More information may be needed, but I would think that if she lives elsewhere and is not on the deed and you are the sole owner of the house and you are legally separated, then no she cannot enter the house without permission.
