How can I get a court ordered judgment that suspended my license removed, vacated or nulled? Judgment derived from traffic fine.

I was pulled over in a white neighborhood for dark tints while my windows were down. officer then gave me a breathelizer test that he pulled out of his pocket. They search my car and planted aderall. i beat that charge and pleaded to a d.u.i with fines to pay. couldn't afford fines so I unknowingly accepted a judgment. Now my license is suspended deriving from the judgment. Mind you i also have a driver assessment fee to pay as well. please advise on what forms I can file to vacate judgment. Or should j do chapter 7. Or challenge the courts jurisdiction as I am a living soul governed under common law, not UCC corporate laws, nor international admiralty law. Please help as I also caught 3 unlicensed operator tickets and am facing threats of probation and excessive fines.

I don't think challenging the court's jurisdiction will work.

You say you pleaded guilty to a dui. That means you voluntarily gave up your right to contest the charges against you and make the DA prove your guilt. Once you pay the fines and monies owed, the judgment will be mark satisfied. If you are seeking to vacate the dui conviction, you need some legal basis and thinking yourself not subject to the laws of the state will not be a valid basis. Why are you continuing to drive when you know you do not have a valid right to do so? You can start helping yourself by not driving until the matter is cleared up. In the mean time, seek financial help from friends and families to clear up your license and pay the outstanding fines.

You need to pay the fines which resulted from your guilty plea and the court will stop suspending your license (for that reason). There is no way to remove the record of being suspended for failing to pay the fine.

There is a lot a lawyer can do for you, but it begs the question if you cannot afford the fines how can you afford to retain counsel?
