Typically, federal indictments are filed under seal until arrests are made. That means that they are nonpublic. If you believe that you have been indicted, but have not yet heard anything, it may be impossible to find out on your own until you are arrested or summonsed into court. If you hire a lawyer familiar with the federal system, and if you know who the prosecutor or investigating agent is, the lawyer may be able to get more information. If you believe that you are facing possible federal charges, it would be a very good idea to consult with a lawyer in any event.
If you suspect that you might be indicted on Drug Charges, you need to retain an attorney immediately and consult with that attorney asap. Whomever you retain should be able to contact the US Attorney's office and find out. Don't wait because you be arrested anytime on these indictments.

Usually pending indictments are not publicly available until after arrests have been made. You can hire an attorney to look into it for you, but you alone are unlike,ly to get any information.
It depends. If the Indictment was already made public, it became a public record and the record would be on PACER. If the Indictment is still under seal because on arrests have been made, you cannot find out until the government unseals the Indictment.
