The management continues to allow a hostile living environment; even caters to the tenant who is causing the problems.

The individual believes herself to be "in charge" of the apartment complex. She tries to tell people what to do, she has been accused of theft, she makes up stories about other tenants, gossips up a storm which really hurts people. Freaks out when she doesn't get her way. Slams doors, locks entry doors when people are trying to carry groceries in. She watches people threw her window and peep-hole and will not let anyone have privacy. Many complaints have been made to management, and management keeps saying that there is nothing they can do. This causes the individual to cause more problems because she feels that management allows her to do so. She calls the police so much that they very rarely come here anymore. She hurts so many people, yet management has a blind eye.

Contact a landlord tenant attorney and go to the local police department and tell them you want to press charges against her. Good luck.
