I received a citation for a F&G violation which I did not commit. I cannot afford an attorney.. What are my best options..??

I did not commit the misdemeanor offense. I live on social security.. Attorneys have quoted me between $2000 and $4000 to defend. I don't want to lose my license (I fish 3 or 4 days a week) which "could" happen if I get the wrong judge. Advise please..

If you cannot afford an attorney the court will appoint one. I used to prosecute fish and game cases in Idaho. The can be complicated. Don't fight this alone.
