My ex-husband is order in the divorce to pay me? When I file a contempt on him. will he go to jail?
It was court order. He sign off on it.

It depends on whether there was an identiifiable source of funds that he was to use to pay you. If he didn't have the money--that is not contempt. But there are many other ways to collect judgments (if that is what you have).
