What is the TN visa category for Technical Project Manager? My role will be responsible for the project management, coordination and implementation of the corporate Information Management Systems. The solution was developed in a .NET framework based on a SQL Server database. This project was inline with the company strategy to implement IT globally across all manufacturing sites. I will also assist in designing the website templates, developing new business processes, and training.

Do you have a university degree? What is your degree in? The key and answer to your question lies there. Your degree must be in the list of enumerated (and recognized) TN professions under NAFTA are all listed on the treaty document. Google it. Note, however, that you degree must be related to and in the same field as the position offered. If you don't posses a degree, then either the "Management Consultant' OR "Scientific Technologist". Both of these are heavily scrutinized by CBP since they do not require a degree.
