It is unclear what you are asking. You should explain the situation to a local attorney who can assist you. Good luck.

You've asked this question before. This is a family law issue and you need to retain a family law attorney to deal with this matter in court. Good luck to you, but this is no time to be doing it yourself.

http://www.courts.ca.gov/partners/documents/dmv904_datasheet.pdf discusses the DD3 form relating to failure to pay Court-ordered fines. That situation is presumptively irrelevant to your family law case. What is relevant is mother's violation of safe-driving laws bearing upon her suitability to care for your children in an automobile. For that information, I'd speak directly to a Clerk at the criminal business office at the Court where the records exist and ask for a computer print-out of the sketchy misdemeanor information and then pull each individual case file so revealed and inspect the file's contents. You can search for her felonies online and pull any files you find. Don't waste your time subpenaing D.M.V. records unless you suspect convictions in other counties.
