How do I appeal a municipal court ruling?

I was given a ticket for failure to yield ton a vehicle, I was making a left hand turn onto a road and was already into the intersection when a cop came speeding around a corner with no lights or sirens and he pulled me over, During court I mentioned that there is only 40-45 feet of visibility where I was turning due to a sharp curve and downward hill, the crop proceeded to tell the judge in court that there is visibility down the entire street which is a lie he also stated that I deliberately pulled out of in front of him and he had to slam on breaks to avoid hitting me which is also untrue. The judge said I was guilty but they had no proof of what the officer was saying because they could not get the video from the dash cam to work. How do I appeal this judgment?

I suggest you hire a lawyer like you should have done in the first place. Otherwise, go to your county Superior Court, pay the filing fee, and file your appeal.

You have 30 days to file an appeal in the superior court of the county where this occurred. If your entire appeal is that the judge was wrong and misinterpreted the facts you are not likely to win. You need to cite legal errors, and not simply re-argue the facts of the trial.
