Can my California driving record be cleared or items removed?
I would like minor violations removed from my California driving record!

It sounds like what you really want to do is get the violations off your DMV record. That is not possible. Your DMV record stays with you for life.

You and everyone else...Your DMV record is permanent. There's no mechanism to have anything removed. Points do drop off after three years, but the record of the violation remains. Your DMV history is the gift that keeps giving. Best of luck.
