Is there any chance I will still be able to get my license after a MIC?

I'm 16 and was caught underage drinking at 15. I've heard about people getting their license revoked for alcohol charges but is there any chance I will be able to keep mine? I just got my diversion notice today. I'm a really good student and this is my first charge, I need my license to be able to drive myself from Seattle Central to my high school because I'm enrolled in the Running Start program and the bus will not get me back at school in time for my other classes. Is there any way I will be able to keep my license?

According to RCW 46.20.265(4), the DOL will reinstate your license after you successfully complete your diversion program. No matter what, however, your license will be suspended for at least ninety days. It is imperative that you do not drive while your license is suspended, or your suspension will be prolonged and you will be criminally charged. Also, I am changing the practice area from DUI to criminal defense.

You would have to refuse diversion and take the case to court. So you definitely need to hire an attorney.
