I am being harassed and verbally assaulted and threatened by landlord. I believe I need a lawyer. What do I do?

I have filed a restraining order but he continues to issue his threats via 3rd parties. He comes into my home, even my bedroom unannounced. He tried to physically assault me 2 nights ago. The police didn't do anything. He was served the TRO this morning and this afternoon he had 2 guys who work for him come over and give me a 3 day pay or quit. The notice claims I haven't paid rent, I engage in illegal activities and that I stole from him. These claims are false. I have rent receipts proving I paid. As far as the other stuff, its just a lie, I don't know how to prove it though. The hitch is he is also my boyfriends father. This is personal because he doesn't like me. He is continuously violating this order subtly and I am miserable. Is there someone who may help me? Easy case to win.
