If you can show that the officer actually instructed the nurse to withhold your medication in order to get your consent, then you can probably get the blood results suppressed. Since years have gone by, you'll have a hard time doing this. You should point out all of the inconsistencies in your report to your lawyer and have her evaluate. Not all inconsistencies are of equal importance, so follow your lawyer's lead.

Depends what they lied about and if it can be proven. At this point, all you can do is trust your pD or hire a private attorney to protect you.

You have some good potential issues to raise. Be patient with your public defender, she probably has 3 times the case load that the rest of us have to deal with, but may be a very good attorney. DUI law is a specialty in itself. You might want to go find someone who specializes in DUI law in Tacoma and see if you can get a free consultation so they can get all the details and give you a more advised opinion.
