Is it a common constitutional right to travel in my automobile on public roads to work and grocery store without a license.

I got a driving on suspended license ticket two months. Before I could get my license reinstated. I just feel like I have been done wrong . I just feel that a free American should e allowed to take his self to work and to the market to purchase food for his family. I have know one else to take me and I just don't feel like a free man at all . After reading some articles and watching videos online it seems a lot of people have beat this by proving they have a constitutional right to travel as long as it is not commercial or for hire . If I can use this and prevent any further actions to be taken against I would like advise on how to do so

You have the constitutional right to travel, but there is no constitutional right to drive or operate a motor vehicle. You can walk anywhere you want. There are a total of four defenses to DUS: (1) your license wasn't suspended, (2) you weren't driving, (3) you were driving because you had to I order to avoid death or serious bodily injury, or (4) you were able to get your license reinstated within 60 days of being cited. You should consider consulting with an experienced criminal defense attorney if you have other questions.

You must have a license to drive a motor vehicle. You do not have a constitutional right to travel which does away with the state's powers. Sorry, but what you have seen online is most likely bunk.
