If you are picked up for a new crime in Nevada the CA DUI conviction and the fact that you are on formal probation for the DUI will show up. It is doubtful Nevada would care that you are on probation in CA so they would not seek a violation of probation. There are certain terms you CA probation officer has you on and only you and the officer know what those are. You may or may not be violating those terms by working in Nevada or traveling to and from without your PO knowing. Good luck. Hope this helps?

yes a conviction will show up when you see to be licensed in Nevada. Generally a condition of probation felony is that you don't need the state without your probation officers permission. Also that you seek and maintain full time employment or school do you have a number of problems. I would go over your terms of probation with an attorney see if you can modify them before you make any moves

Don't play games with probation. Just ask your probation officer and get the clearance. While your choice of work may not exactly be what probation wants to encourage, it is money and that will help you pay for probation fees and other costs of living, which in turn may keep you out of trouble.
