i was arrested a month ago for petty larceny a month ago my court date is 2 weeks away i wanna plead innocent and go for a plea bargain. its my first time and ive never had anything on my record. i live in upstate ny and everything i read about is nyc. i need advice is this the best thing to do or what should i do. i can honestly say this wont happen again please help
