i would like to know if there is any way to undo the "legal order processing fee" i received from wells fargo??? I've been informed that when i opened the account, I signed information that stated it was ok. I don't have that information anymore due to a house fire. I would just like to know if there is any way to undo that or re-sign new paperwork that omits that part of the contract??

I agree with my colleague, you can call the bank and ask them to waive or give you a credit. Next option is to open another bank account, and read everything you sign. Do not close this account before you open a new one. Also take this into consideration most banks charge fees for legal orders. These include bank levies. For a debt that you owe or a judgment that was entered against you.

You can always call the bank and ask them to waive the fee. However, this is Wells Fargo, they won't. Also, whether you have "documents" signed by you or not does not matter. Account holder agreements are what they are. The banks don't edit them because you don't like one of the clauses. Nor is there any need on their part to have you sign anything new. All you can do is switch banks if you don't like it.
