How can I quash a felony warrant for my arrest due to having no money for attorney?

I recently found out that I have a felony warrant for my arrest due to a family member returning court paperwork as non deliverable that was addressed to me. I do not want to get arrested and thrown down like a crazy person. I am not guilty and I plan on pleading not guilty. I have a prior drug charge that I served three years probation for. I was stopped in the company truck (of which I was working) due to cancelled plates (company failed to pay insurance bill), The officer found paraphernalia in the center console of the truck and a powder substance in a wallet in front of console of truck. So I have these two charges and a felony warrant out there. Its been over a year now. I went to city court for the driving tickets and had thought they had dropped the other charges .
By submitting to the authority of the Court. In essence you either call, get them to drop the warrant and set a new court date because of the circumstances you list; or, you post the bail amount and the court sets a new date. Inform the court you will also need to apply for the services of the public defender, Do this BEFORE you are arrested on the warrant.
If you have a felony warrant, you must appear in the court that issued the warrant. Counsel might be appointed then if you don't have an attorney. Good luck to you. On a side note, everything seems to be everybody else's fault in your story. The judge will be more impressed with your stories if you start taking personal responsibility for matters in your life.
What you need to do is self surrender in court. Depending on where the charge is, you would go to either the Mesa superior court location or the downtown location. You ask to be added to the calendar, request a PD and enter a NG plea. You should ask to be released OR and explain to the court why you did not know about the previous court date that resulted in the felony warrant and that you will attend all future court dates. Given your prior conviction, if you are found guilty on these charges, there is prison associated with the conviction. You may want to see if you can afford an attorney to represent you.
Call and discuss with an attorney. They can give you the scenarios as to what will happen. If you go to the jail to self surrender the warrant will be quashed and you will get arrested.
I have seen these types of warrants all the time. A summons gets issued and the mail is returned and a warrant is issued. An attorney can assist you in quashing the warrant and getting a court date in which you will need to appear.
The only other way would be to try and file a motion with the court yourself to quash the warrant.
