The G325A asks you to list your residence for the past 5 years. Does this mean list your permanent residence only (mine hasn't changed), or every singe place you've lived (I have lived temporarily in a lot of places for internships and such).

The G325A doesn't give you guidance. It is a biographical form that allows them to run a background check. Students at school are expected to give the address they lived at during term-time. If you stayed in a hotel for two weeks you didn't live there. If you lived in temporary accommodation for 2-3 months during an internship, then I would include it. Better here to tell them things they choose to ignore than not tell them something they might want

Yes, where you physically lived for the past five years.

You should list all addresses where you resided. This would include all addresses other than short vacation stays or short visits to friends. Best wishes.
