You asked this before. You can travel on H1B but you might run into an unfriendly reception by the CBP as you return. I suggest you abstain.

It's all about impressions and discretion. Are you giving the impression that America is your place of safety? Or that it is one of many places you could go to. If you travel just because you can, maybe you are applying for asylum just because you can too. I'm not saying that is the case, just that you have to see yourself as someone else who does not know you might see you. Good luck
