Can i get interlock?
I recently got a DUI and blew a .117. I am 17 years only but turn 18 in 2 months. Will i be able to get an interlock system for my car once i turn 18 so that i am allowed to drive?

Likely not but you'll have to speak to a local dui lawyer for sure.

It may be possible for you go get an interlock in Nebraska. The legislature changes this law every year because of the lack of public transport in our state. You should visit with a criminal defense attorney and discuss the matter. If you are unable to afford an attorney, the Public Defenders, while busy and knowledgeable criminal lawyers, may not know about the civil side of the DUI. When I was a PD, we did not deal with ALRs or interlocks at all.
