chance. I was told Superior Court in Thurston is corrupt as I have realized anyway. That some attorneys wont go to Thurston due to this. I did a good job and should have won. Even though I give sensual massages that shouldn't have mattered. I talked to a woman outside of the court today who drug addict, recovering, but relapsed. She has legal custody. Her ex is an alcoholic and took her child and wont return him. The court didn't take this kid away? Why? Here I am with one vice that doesn't harm my child and I am supervised. I will fight this to the end. I am also hiring an attorney for the civil suits I have mentioned Yes they have $ to pay out. I am getting out of the business and starting a new job as a caregiver and they make very good $ in Seattle. Thanks for all the advice.

Dear ?, 46 is NOT too old to go to law school. I was 30 when I started law school and in my class 35 years ago were at least 5 people older than I was; 2 who were in their 50's. So, go for it! (You are correct about the bar exam. It is not illegal or unconstitutional and so there is no way to get around it.) Yours sincerely, Tim Provis Cal. Bar No. 104800 Wis.
