How can I change my address while my political asylum case is still pending at the Court of Appeals?

I have a simple question. I have an immigration case pending in the Court of Appeals and I'm moving to another state. If I change the address through the USCIS (standard AR-11), will it be the same jurisdiction?

It's actually not a simple question. You need to file the address change in multiple places: CIS EOIR CoA USPS

You will need to change your address with various entities including the U.S. Postal Service, Court of Appeals, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, and Executive Office for Immigration Review (Immigration Court).
