We received RFE on my wife's I-485 case on Birth Certificate for place on Birth Certificate and Passport/Marriage Certificate.

Actually, we've got her Birth Certificate only before filing I-485 from place where she was borne and currently her parents resident there. But her Passport and Citizenship Id card registered from the place where her father was borne. The fact is, her parent's birthplace was remote mountainous area and they were moved to plain area for Job opportunity before her borne at rented residence (not in hospital). After 10th grade, she went to father's birthplace and got her citizenship id card that was based on her father. So how can we address this kind of issue as her Birthplace in Birth Certificate is different than in Passport and Marriage certificate. Her Passport and Marriage Certificate are based on her Citizenship Id Card. We appreciate your suggestion very much. Thank you.

This is a pretty long, and complicated, question. Yes, you can sort things out at the interview ... once you get your facts straight. I have to tell you ... I wasn't all that persuaded as to why her father put a false place of birth on her documents ... the "father's birth place" story makes no sense. Have you thought of hiring an attorney?

You must explain the discrepancy in the documents. Birth date and birth place are extremely crucial to the identity of an individual and if not properly explained it can lead to severe consequences. Work with an attorney on this issue, and seek his/ her representation in filing the response. Again, if AOS is denied, it will only get more complicated and expensive to remedy the situation.

You should have an attorney review the RFE to provider better guidance because your explanation does not make sense.
