Today when i check my opt status, it says POST DECISION ACTIVITY, with the following message. "On September 26, 2014, we mailed you a notice informing you that your I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION, was reopened." I haven't checked the status in last week so I am not sure what the decision is. What does 'reopened' mean ? Will I get an RFE ?

Don't try to read between the lines ... these 'online' notices are more confusing than informative. Look at your mailbox for accurate information.

The online statuses are template and do not give you the accurate information. Sometimes the adjudicators also pick the wrong radio button to reflect the decision activity. Therefore, I suggest you wait for the actual notice to come in the mail.
