I assume your question is regarding how and whether to respond. I agree with the other responses -- this is almost certainly a scam. My guess is that if you ask them for a physical address you will not be given one. If you ask them to send you verification of the debt you will probably never receive anything. Do NOT make any arrangements to pay these guys anything without some proof of the obligation. When and if a real lawsuit is filed and a real summons is issued, you would be personally served with court papers. When and if a real judgment were obtained against you it would not be possible to "confiscate" all your salary and wages. Garnishments in Colorado are limited to 25% of your after-tax pay.

There is not an attorney named Joseph Foster in San Antonio, which is just one of several reasons that lead me to believe that this is just a creative and illegal attempt at debt collection by a debt collector. If you manage to get these guys on the phone, ask them where they are located, and where you can mail a payment. If they won't give you their address and they only want payment by a Visa card or debit card, then just ignore those guys. You probably have a claim under the FDCPA, but you may find it hard for someone to go after a pay day loan collector, because they probably don't have any assets that can be attached. As a practical matter, check your credit report to see if the debt has been reported. If it has been reported, then call that creditor and inform them of the harassment you have been getting. That would probably cause the creditor to pull back that debt from that 3rd party collector. I hope this helps.

I agree, 99% likely to be a scam, even without Mr. Flume's confirming there is no such attorney. This seems to be a more common fraud these days.
