Am i still protected under tenant landlord rights/laws if the property owner fires management company?

The owners of high priced residential homes (million dollar plus) uses management to rent out the property to tenants that have exceptional good taste furnishing so the homes stay staged & have a better chance to sell when shown as well as having some money come in. The owner of this property terminated the property management company (P.M.C.)& then i recieved an email from the owners saying i had better leave in next few days since my rental agreement was with P.M.C. & i don't have one directly with them or else they will file charges with state attorneys office for criminal tresspass. I've tried to respond and reach out with no responses. My wife is in fear. What are my rights if any? So if at an apartment complex & the owners fired the managment, would that terminate the tenants leases

More information is needed to fully respond, therefore, I recommend you consult with a local attorney to review your lease and all the facts. In general, if the management company had a valid management contract with the owner of the property when the management company leased the house to you, then your lease is valid and binding on the property owner regardless of whether the owner subsequently fired the management company. Also, in Florida no landlord can engage in "self-help" to remove a tenant and must file an appropriate lawsuit to remove all tenants. The threatening email sounds as though the owner is attempting to engage in self-help. The fact that you have a lease agreement would also preclude any argument that you are trespassing and, if called, the police have no jurisdiction to remove you from the house.
