Does the check box in the divorce papers that state "Property in each party's possession" apply here?

Wife and I will be getting separate homes and have agreed on who will get what, as far as, furnishings (couch, TV, tables, etc.). Instead of listing all the items on the forms separately, by the time the divorce is final we will be living in separate properties with the stuff we agreed to split. Can I just check these boxes or do we have to list everything individually?
