DUI classes
My boyfriend got a dui in California but we currently live in Arizona is there a possible way he can take dui classes here? Or he has to take them in califonina?

Your boyfriend should retain an attorney in CA to handle the case. Any required classes may be completed in AZ if the court approves.

As long as your attorney informs the prosecution of the fact that you are moving and gets the proper paperwork filed, then he may be able to complete the classes in California. Don't go it alone.

He can even take the online but it will screw with his ability to have a drivers license.
