Questions 11 on form I-765 for renewing EAD

Hello. I am filling I-765 for renewal of EAD but I am not sure which office should I put under question 11. I am not sure in which office I applied. I sent all the paperwork to Chicago, on my receipt it says that USCIS office is National Benefits Center and my receipt number starts with MSC which means it is processed in Missouri Service Center according to this: http://immigrationvo...cis-office.html Should I put Chicago, National Benefits Center or Missouri Service Center? Thank you!

Just type in "NBC" for National Benefits Center. You don't care where you EAD ultimately got processed at - all you need to put down is where you had to initially file for your EAD, and that was the NBC.
