If a police agency raids your premises how long do they have to seize real property and assets?

House was raided and I was taken to jail and arrested they seized an amount of money but did not seize anything else can they come back at a later date and seize real property or asset's?

Generally, seized property is held until then end of the case or until a judicial determination as to the ownership of the property. The police, or state, has the ability to come back and later seize property if they believe they can link it to unlawful activity.
