No. You should only be working under the terms of the CPT.

CPT work authorization is employer-specific, so you must submit a CPT request for each separate employer. Keep in mind that you cannot work more than 20 hours per week during school, so it might not be very beneficial to you to bother applying for multiple CPT employers.
