Retracting bar complaint.
How do you go about dismissing or invalidating a bar complaint? I sent the complaint and I feel terrible for doing so for my own reasons.

Every state has a diiferent mechanism for attorney grievance and disciplain. The first step for you should be to get in cotact with the office where you submitted your complaint.

Call the prosecutor for the State Bar and tell them your reasoning for dismissing the action. If you do a good enough job explaining why the complaint is invalid, they will likely dismiss the action.
