A question about appeal for a traffic ticket. Added more info.

i have an appeal for a ticket. The reason for appeal judicial bias, abuse of discretion. The judge allowed the officer to add information in his testimony when the discovery clearly states this is all relevant information on the ticket. He was allowed to add notes that were not recorded on the ticket pertaining to the state of the road, the weather conditions. Signs on the road. All of this was not true. And not on the ticket. She was not impartial. She constantly cut me off while talking . Made fun of my nationality adding comments like "oh I heard (my nationality) Are nice people, this is not true you're obviously not nice. And some facial expressions of exacerbation and shaking her head undermining what evidence I presented. The evidence was true and legitimate officer couldn't deny.

Hire a traffic attorney to assist with this. You can begin by clicking on the "find a lawyer" tab above.

Sounds like you did a poor job representing yourself and annoyed the judge. Pushing forward without an attorney would be fruitless as would pushing forward with an attorney. It's a traffic ticket. You had a trial. You lost. Time to pay the piper and move on. Drive more carefully and you will avoid these situations. You won't get anywhere arguing "abuse of discretion." The judge has wide discretion to find traffic litigants guilty.
