They may, but you will need to request the video from them. Often these cameras are written over every 24 hours. It depends on the store. Did you file a claim with the store right away? It's probably a good time to contact an attorney and give him or her all the facts. If you were injured, seek medical treatment right away. Good luck to you!
It is hard to say. Many places in Safeway are under video surveillance and there maybe some that are not. Liquor area usually is. You will want to talk to loss prevention soon as you can and asked them to preserve the video. It would probably be best to consult with attorney and have him/her help you with that. But as anything time is of the essence. Generally the surveillance video rolls over fairly quickly.
You can ask Safeway; most stores will have video cameras for loss prevention purposes. Please note that unless you were injured as the result of the fall, you cannot move forward with a claim. Also, during the course of discovery in litigation (should a lawsuit be filed in the future), you can subpoena Safeway for such evidence. I advise contacting a personal injury lawyer. Good luck.

Who knows without asking? You should obtain needed medical care and treatment immediately and follow the doctor's advice. Do not give any statement to the adverse party or insurance company nor grant them access to any medical records. Photograph the injuries and the damage done to any property. Contact a personal injury attorney in your area as soon as possible so that you can protect your rights.
