Probate Family Situation Personal Rep.

My uncle case is still pending in probate court but his wife who is deceased also. His wife heris which my uncle never claimed as his children. His wife daughter is the personal rep over her mom estate, but she keeps going into his records and telling other people what's in his estate do she have that legal right to keep going in his information due to the fact she not representing his affairs and his case hasn't closed yet. Can she be in legal trouble for discussion personal matters to others in public. There not due anything on my uncle side but she keeps trying to scam people to find how she can get over into his personal information.
