I answered no to arrest question on the i-485 question. I did that firstly because i thought it was a traffic violation incident amd secondly i was offered the ACD so after six months the case was dismissed. This was about three years ago. I havent been arrested since then. I have my interview in 3 days and i just found out last month the charges was Resisting arrest and disorderly conduct which i didnt even do. I have decided to tell the teuth at the interview amd go with an amended I-485 with the court disposition to explaing to the IO. What do you think i should do. I really need help and this is eating me up so bad. I cant even sleep.

Hire an attorney and hopefully it can be taken care of at the interview.

Dismissal may mean you were not convicted but for immigration purposes ACD would not work. It may fall under the petty offense exception but i advise you to get a certified court record and consult with an immigration attorney to analyze the immigrate consequences and perhaps accompany you to the interview.
