You have not provided enough information for anyone to be able to answer that question for you. It depends on a couple things. What is he on probation for? Does he have a withheld or an imposed and stayed sentence? How many prior OWI convictions does he have? Was the marijuana in his blood detectable? If he has an attorney, you should be talking to him/her. If he does not have an attorney, you should be consulting with one.

If he was on probation, he could be brought up for revocation for breaking the rules of probation and then be sentenced to up to the statutory maximum amount on the charges for which he was on probation if it was a withheld sentence.
