I have my Interview to become a US citizenship in 2 weeks. My Green Card was stolen. Do I need to file I-90 to get a NEW one? I have the police repost indicating my wallet and the green card in it, was stolen about 3 weeks ago. My interview is on the 20th of this month. What should I do? I got my Green Card throw marriage to an American girl.

Bring a copy of the police report with you to your interview to provide to the officer and ask the interviewing officer if it would be possible to get temporary proof of your residency while you await ceremony. They may be able to stamp your passport with temporary proof of your residency (depends on the officer, that office's policies, etc.).

Explain to the officer that your card was stolen. Bring a copy of the police report if posible. You should be ok.
