How can i get a police report fast .(emergency )worry about my safety n my 3 kids!!!!

I have section 8 and i need the report to move .15 guys told me and my family that we better move or we all r going to die .i have been staying at a friends house, and my kids havent been able to attend school. Plz help what can i do police refuses to help me.

Police and the sheriffs department are required to at least take a report from you. If they refuse to do so, insist you want to make a report. It may not go anywhere criminally, but a copy of your report may assist you. You may want to consult with legal aid or reach out to the various woman's shelters available for women who are victims of violence.

Police reports that have been filed are available from the clerk of court. The police should at least take a report.

Call the non-emergency line (unless of course, you have an emergency... then dial 911). Those calls are all recorded. Tell them that you need an officer/deputy to come make a report.
