When you were placed on unsupervised probation you were given a suspended sentence. The worst thing that can happen is the court revoking the probation and sending you to jail for the duration of your suspended sentence. In the alternative the court could order you to serve some lesser amount of time and then put you back on probation--probably supervised this time--or give you some other lesser penalty. The reality is that it is somewhat rare for a person to be accused of violating unsupervised probation for the simple reason that there is nobody out there monitoring the probation for violations to begin with.

Potentially jail time. It's important that you contact an attorney to review your options. Perhaps there's a defense to your new paraphernalia case. If you've already been found guilty of the new case, I'd definitely hire an attorney to defend you at your pending violation of probation hearing. t's possible that the unsupervised status will allow a new conviction to fly under the radar, but if you are served with notice of a violation, contact an attorney for a consultation asap.

You can still be violated for any new conviction while on unsupervised probation. You cannot be violated for simply the charge. You should hire an attorney to see if there is any way to have your new drug paraphernalia charge dismissed. Most attorneys will give you a free consultation. Do not simply plead guilty to this charge. It's a class 1 misdemeanor and can carry up to 120 days in jail and then you could be brought back to court for a probation violation and end up serving the suspended sentence of your prior conviction. Good Luck.
