Every morning she looks at me while I'm driving and is claiming i am speeding, but I am NOT! I drive a manuel vehicle and it sound funny when i excelerate and I be only on 1st gear and shes yelling "slow down." I'm not even going 10 miles. I do not why she thinks I'm speeding and other vehicle's would be going faster than I am. Then now for 2 days she's video taping me, why I do not know. Isn't that illegal, considering I did not consent to it? I do not know her at all.

You have no right to privacy when you are in public. Anyone--including the police--can video-record you when you are in public. They don't need your permission.

It is perfectly legal. You have no reasonable expectation of privacy in a public place.

She can record you. Whenever you are out in public you can be video recorded without your consent.
